No, you have to specify the license plate number when booking. However, it is possible to change the license plate number here .

What do I do with the parking ticket?
On the day of booking, you can simply drive in and out of the car park without the parking ticket . Your vehicle's license plate number is automatically recorded and your parking authorization is checked.
How can I book a visitor parking space?
You can book your visitor parking space online here. Alternatively, there are a limited number of parking machines available on site. We recommend that you purchase your parking tickets in advance to avoid waiting at the machines.

Where can I find the invoice?
In the booking confirmation you will find the option “Download invoice”.
Cancellation and changes
Can I change the license plate number entered?
Yes, you can change the license plate number you entered before boarding on the day of your booking.
Can I change the booking period?
Yes, you can still change the booking period.
Can I cancel a booked ticket?
No, cancellations are usually not possible. Please contact support.
Arrival and parking

Ein Parkbereich für Personen mit Gehbehinderung wird am Eingang West eingerichtet.
Can I just drive into the parking lot?
Yes, you can simply drive into the car park. Your parking permit is automatically recognized using the license plate number you provided when booking. If you have not yet booked a ticket online, you can still book a ticket at the parking machines on site. You can also book your ticket retroactively here in the booking portal 48 hours after entering the car park.
Can I enter and exit again with one ticket?
Yes, that is possible.
